1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "User," or "you") and jsm888 ("jsm888," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through jsm888.org and any associated sub-domains, applications, or platforms.

Your acceptance of these Terms is effected in any of the following ways: (a) by completing the jsm888 account registration process; (b) by accessing or navigating any part of the jsm888 platform while logged in; or (c) by placing any bet, wager, or financial transaction through jsm888's services. Any such act constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of that act.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jsm888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall contractual framework between you and jsm888.

2. Eligibility

Use of jsm888 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jsm888 operates an absolute minimum age policy of 21. Persons under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, play, or withdraw under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jsm888 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• Your participation does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. jsm888 makes no representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Malaysian users are individually responsible for compliance with Malaysian law.

jsm888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent closure of the account.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jsm888. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Provide a valid Malaysian mobile phone number to which you have exclusive access, as this number is used for OTP verification and account recovery.
• Not register on behalf of, or share access with, any other person.

jsm888 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Account registration does not guarantee any right to ongoing access, bonuses, or continued service.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jsm888 account credentials, including your username and password. jsm888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• You must not disclose your jsm888 login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify jsm888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• jsm888 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been conducted by you unless and until you have formally notified jsm888 of a security breach.

jsm888 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password or full credit card details. Any communication purporting to be from jsm888 that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jsm888 support immediately.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jsm888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jsm888 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the platform.

• Source of funds: Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are prohibited.
• Withdrawal verification: jsm888 may require identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawal processing times are stated on the platform and may be extended where additional verification is required.
• Minimum balances: Withdrawals below the published minimum threshold will not be processed. Members should consult the current limits displayed in their account dashboard.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jsm888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee as specified in the fee schedule published on the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first exhausting jsm888's dispute resolution process constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and referral of the matter to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jsm888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotions to registered Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements.

• Bonus funds credited to a Member's account may not be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• jsm888 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to any commitment already made to a Member in respect of a specific offer.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through multi-accounting, matched betting abuse, or systematic bonus extraction strategies constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. jsm888 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Each gaming category on jsm888 — sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and lucky bingo — is governed by specific game rules accessible within each product section. Members are responsible for understanding the applicable rules before placing bets or wagering funds.

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jsm888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by palpable errors in odds compilation, software faults, or corruption.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions (cards, wheels, dice) conducted in real time. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not automatically void the bet — the round outcome stands as dealt.
• Slots and RNG Games: All random number generator outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP values represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction must be submitted to jsm888 support within 30 days of the event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jsm888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately — to derive financial advantage. Any gains obtained through exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Money laundering, or use of jsm888 to process, disguise, or transfer proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Any conduct that jsm888 reasonably determines, at its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jsm888 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software code, and trade marks — is the intellectual property of jsm888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jsm888 services for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any jsm888 content. Unauthorised reproduction or use of jsm888's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a civil or criminal offence.

10. Privacy

jsm888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using jsm888 and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jsm888 may share Member data with third parties where required to fulfil contractual obligations (such as payment processing), to comply with legal requirements, or where the Member has provided explicit consent. jsm888 will not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• jsm888 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jsm888 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to uninterrupted service availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors.
• jsm888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
• jsm888 shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• jsm888's total liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net amount deposited by the Member in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jsm888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Amendments to Terms

jsm888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via platform notification, email (where an email address is registered), or a prominently displayed notice on jsm888.org. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of jsm888 services following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using jsm888 services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

14. Termination and Account Closure

jsm888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jsm888 reasonably determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Member has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Member's account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any unlawful conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate the closure of the account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their jsm888 account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account (net of bonuses not yet wagered to the required threshold) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jsm888 holds its principal operating licence.

Before initiating any formal dispute, Members must first contact jsm888 support to attempt resolution through the internal complaints procedure. jsm888 will endeavour to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified by jsm888's licensing authority. The parties agree to exhaust arbitration before resorting to any court proceedings.
